MICHELE STEWART INVITE The SCJH XC teams competed in the 32 school Michele Stewart Invite yesterday morning @ Three Sisters Park High in Chillicothe. The Girls Varsity race was up first. Darilis Knobloch finished eighth overall (13:49) followed by Norah Rorem in 14th (14:03). Both got a medal for finishing in the top 20. Also finishing for the Girls were Kaylee Goerks in a new PB (16:44) and Cloie Jones (23:42). The Boys Varsity race was up next. Evan Knobloch with a PB (11:25 - 2nd overall) led the Boys to a 10th place finish in the team race out of 18 full teams. Other scorers for the Boys were Jackson Smith (14:00), Erik Knobloch (14:12), Will Denton (15:09) & Hunter Ely (15:51). Aidan Grinnell (19:27) & Isaac Macke (19:30) were the other finishers for the Boys. The last race of the day was the Boys Open. Levi Sparks set a new PB time of 18:40 and Edward Bickett finished in 20:23. Another successful meet by all 13 runners participating yesterday!! The Best Is Yet To Come!!!!
